- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

- Lemon slices (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- Make the garlic butter sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, pepper, oregano, thyme, and red pepper flakes.
- Prepare the fish: Pat the tilapia fillets dry with a paper towel and place them in the baking dish.
- Coat the fillets: Brush or drizzle the garlic butter mixture evenly over each tilapia fillet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
- Broil for extra flavor (optional): For a golden, slightly crispy top, broil the fish for an additional 2 minutes.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley and lemon slices. Enjoy with rice, roasted veggies, or a side salad!
Notes
- You can substitute tilapia with cod, haddock, or any mild white fish.
- For extra richness, add a sprinkle of grated Parmesan before baking.
