Description

⭐ Buttery crescent rolls stuffed with gooey melted cheese and brushed with a garlic butter topping. These are quick, easy, and totally irresistible!

Ingredients

Scale

For the Rolls:

  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 4 mozzarella string cheese sticks, cut in half (or 1 cup shredded mozzarella)
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning (or dried parsley)
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

For Serving (Optional):

  • Marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions

Preheat the Oven:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2️⃣ Prepare the Dough:

  • Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into 8 triangles.

3️⃣ Add the Cheese:

  • Place half of a mozzarella stick (or shredded cheese) at the wide end of each triangle.
  • Roll up the dough, starting from the wide end, and tuck in the sides to keep the cheese inside.

4️⃣ Make the Garlic Butter:

  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.

5️⃣ Brush & Bake:

  • Brush the garlic butter mixture over each roll and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.

6️⃣ Serve & Enjoy!

  • Let them cool slightly, then serve warm with marinara sauce.

Notes

  • Use cheddar or pepper jack cheese for a different twist.
  • Double the garlic butter for extra flavor!
  • Make it spicy by adding red pepper flakes.
