Description

A vibrant and refreshing fruit board featuring a variety of fresh fruits, dips, and optional extras like cheese and nuts. Perfect for parties, brunches, or healthy snacking!


Ingredients

Fresh Fruits (Choose a variety for color and texture):

 

1 cup strawberries, halved

1 cup blueberries

1 cup raspberries

1 cup grapes (red and green)

1 cup pineapple chunks

1 cup watermelon, cubed or cut into shapes

1 cup cantaloupe or honeydew, sliced

2 kiwis, sliced

1 apple, sliced (toss with lemon juice to prevent browning)

1 pear, sliced

1 banana, sliced (optional, best for immediate serving)

1 orange, peeled and segmented

½ cup pomegranate seeds (optional)

  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup chocolate hummus
  • 1/2 cup honey or caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter or almond butter

Optional Additions:

  • 1/2 cup mixed nuts (almonds, cashews, walnuts)
  • 1/2 cup dried fruit (apricots, figs, cranberries)
  • 1 cup cheese cubes (cheddar, brie, gouda, or mozzarella)
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate pieces or chocolate-covered fruit
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  • Prepare the fruit:

    • Wash and dry all fruit.
    • Slice or cube larger fruits for easy grabbing.
  • Arrange the board:

    • Start with small bowls for dips and place them around the board.
    • Arrange larger fruits first, then fill in gaps with smaller fruits.
    • Mix colors and shapes for a visually appealing display.
  • Add extras:

    • Fill in any open spaces with nuts, cheese, chocolate, or dried fruit.
    • Garnish with fresh mint leaves for a pop of color.
  • Serve & enjoy:

    • Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
