This Fried Spaghetti Sausages recipe is a playful twist on classic pasta and sausage! Spaghetti strands are threaded through sliced sausages, then boiled and pan-fried for a crispy, flavorful finish. Perfect for a quick meal or snack!

- 6 hot dog sausages (or any sausage of choice)
- 150g (5 oz) spaghetti
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 tsp paprika (optional)
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan (optional)
- Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the Sausages: Slice each sausage into 1-inch pieces.
- Thread the Spaghetti: Take 4-6 strands of uncooked spaghetti and carefully poke them through each sausage piece. Repeat until all sausages are threaded.
- Boil the Pasta: Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti-sausage combos and cook for about 8-10 minutes or until the pasta is tender. Drain and set aside.
- Fry Everything: Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the Cooked Spaghetti & Sausages: Toss everything into the pan, seasoning with paprika, black pepper, and salt. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly crispy.
- Finish & Serve: Remove from heat and sprinkle with Parmesan and fresh parsley. Serve hot and enjoy!

- Use any type of sausage—beef, chicken, or even plant-based!
- For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes.
- Try adding a splash of soy sauce or tomato sauce for extra flavor.
