Instructions
- Mix the Cheese Base:
- In a medium bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, smoked gouda, and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Add the Seasonings:
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cayenne (if using), salt, and black pepper.
- Chill or Warm It Up:
- For a chilled spread: Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to let the flavors meld.
- For a warm dip: Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10–15 minutes, until warm and bubbly.
- Garnish & Serve:

Notes
- Swap out smoked gouda for regular gouda or Monterey Jack if you prefer a milder flavor.
