Description

These air fryer donuts are light, fluffy, and ready in under 15 minutes! Made with pre-made biscuit dough, they’re a quick and fun treat topped with cinnamon sugar or a simple glaze. Perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a sweet snack without the mess of frying.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (like Pillsbury Grands)

  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

For Cinnamon Sugar Coating:

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

Optional Glaze:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 2-3 tablespoons milk

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat Air Fryer:
Preheat air fryer to 350°F for 3–5 minutes.

  2. Cut Donuts:
Separate biscuit dough and use a small round cutter (or bottle cap) to cut holes in the center of each biscuit to create a donut shape. Save the holes for donut bites!

  3. Air Fry:
Place donuts in the air fryer basket in a single layer (work in batches if needed). Air fry for 5–6 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.

  4. Coat or Glaze:

    • For Cinnamon Sugar: Brush hot donuts with melted butter and toss in cinnamon sugar mixture.

    • For Glaze: Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth. Dip cooled donuts into glaze and let set.

  5. Serve:
Enjoy warm with your favorite coffee or hot cocoa!

Notes

Donut holes only take about 3–4 minutes to cook.

Add sprinkles to the glaze for a fun twist.

Best enjoyed the same day—these are hard to resist anyway!
