Ingredients

1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, melted

2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats

3/4 cup light brown sugar, packed

1 cup raspberry preserves (or jam)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mix together the melted butter, flour, oats, and brown sugar until combined and crumbly.

Set aside 1 cup of the oat mixture for the topping.

Press the remaining mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan.

Spread the raspberry preserves over the crust in an even layer.

Sprinkle the reserved oat mixture over the raspberry layer.

Bake for 30–35 minutes or until the top is lightly golden brown.

Let cool completely in the pan before cutting into bars.
