Description

These Everything Bagel Cucumber Bites are a light, crunchy, and flavorful snack made with crisp cucumbers, creamy cheese, and a sprinkle of everything bagel seasoning. They’re easy to prepare and perfect for a healthy appetizer or midday snack!


Ingredients

1 large cucumber, sliced into 1/4-inch rounds

4 oz (113g) cream cheese (or Greek yogurt for a lighter option)

1 tsp lemon juice

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/4 tsp salt

1 tbsp everything bagel seasoning

1 tbsp chopped fresh chives or green onions (optional)

1 tbsp smoked salmon or cherry tomatoes (optional, for topping)


Instructions

Prepare the Cucumbers: Wash and slice the cucumber into rounds about ¼-inch thick. Pat them dry with a paper towel.

Make the Spread: In a bowl, mix cream cheese, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt until smooth.

Assemble the Bites: Spread a small dollop of the cream cheese mixture onto each cucumber slice.

Add Toppings: Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning and chopped chives or green onions.

Optional Additions: Top with smoked salmon, cherry tomato halves, or sliced avocado for extra flavor.
