Description

These Easy No-Bake Peanut Butter Haystacks are a sweet and crunchy treat made with just a few ingredients. Butterscotch chips, creamy peanut butter, and crispy chow mein noodles come together for the ultimate nostalgic snack that’s perfect for holidays, bake sales, or anytime you need a quick dessert!

 


Ingredients

  • 1 (11 oz) bag butterscotch chips

  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

  • 1 (5 oz) can crispy chow mein noodles

 

  • 1/2 cup salted peanuts (optional)


Instructions

  • Melt the chips: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt butterscotch chips in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth.

  • Add peanut butter: Stir in peanut butter until well combined.

  • Mix it up: Gently fold in chow mein noodles and peanuts (if using), making sure everything is evenly coated.

  • Form haystacks: Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.

 

  • Let them set: Allow the haystacks to cool and harden at room temperature or place in the fridge for quicker setting.
