- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups quick oats
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine butter, sugar, milk, and cocoa powder. Stir constantly until the mixture comes to a boil.
- Let it boil for 1 minute without stirring, then remove from heat.
- Stir in peanut butter, vanilla extract, salt, and oats. Mix until everything is well coated.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Let the cookies sit at room temperature for 30-45 minutes until firm.
- Enjoy! Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
