These meatball sliders are made with soft Hawaiian rolls, juicy meatballs, marinara sauce, and lots of melted cheese. They’re baked until golden and served warm—great for a crowd or a simple weeknight meal!

For the Sliders:
- 12 Hawaiian rolls (or any soft dinner rolls)
- 12 cooked meatballs (homemade or frozen & thawed)
- 1 1/2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
For the Garlic Butter Topping:
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon parsley, chopped (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for spice)
Instructions

Preheat Oven:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Assemble the Sliders:
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected.
- Place the bottom half in the baking dish.
- Spoon marinara sauce evenly over the rolls.
- Place a meatball on each roll and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Cover with the top half of the rolls.

Make the Garlic Butter Topping:
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, parsley, and red pepper flakes.
- Brush generously over the top of the rolls.

Bake:
- Cover with foil and bake for 12-15 minutes, until the cheese melts.
- Uncover and bake for 5 more minutes, until golden brown.
Notes
- Make it easy: Use frozen meatballs and jarred marinara sauce for a super quick meal.
- Want more flavor? Add sautéed onions or roasted red peppers inside.
- Make it spicy: Add crushed red pepper flakes to the sauce.
- Storage: Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F for 10 minutes.
