Description

This easy fudge recipe is the perfect sweet treat for any occasion! With just a few ingredients, you can make rich, creamy fudge that melts in your mouth. It’s perfect for the holidays, gift-giving, or a simple indulgence. You can customize it by adding your favorite mix-ins or flavors!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt (optional)

Instructions

  • Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper or foil, leaving some overhang for easy removal later.
  • In a medium saucepan, combine the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.
  • Heat over low to medium heat, stirring constantly, until the chocolate chips are completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
  • Stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt (if using).
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Refrigerate for 2-3 hours, or until the fudge is firm and set.

  • Once set, lift the fudge out of the dish using the parchment paper or foil and cut into small squares.

Notes

  • For variety, you can add mix-ins like crushed nuts, sprinkles, or swirls of peanut butter before refrigerating.
  • Store leftover fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

  • If you want a different flavor, try using white chocolate chips instead of semisweet chocolate for a creamy variation
