- 2 tubes (12 oz each) of refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
Instructions

- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with non-stick spray or butter.
- Open the cinnamon rolls and cut each roll into 4 pieces. Place them evenly in the baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until well combined.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the cinnamon roll pieces, making sure all pieces are coated.
- Drizzle the melted butter over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the casserole is golden and cooked through.
- While baking, heat the icing packets from the cinnamon rolls in the microwave for 10-15 seconds to soften.
- Once baked, remove the casserole from the oven and drizzle the icing over the top.
- Serve warm, topped with fresh berries, powdered sugar, or extra syrup if desired.

- You can substitute the cinnamon rolls with any brand or flavor you like. If you prefer, you can use frozen cinnamon rolls, just be sure to thaw them before cutting.
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave for 15-20 seconds.
- If you’d like to make it a dessert, you can add chocolate chips, nuts, or whipped cream on top.
