- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 4 slices bacon, cooked (or 4 breakfast sausage patties)
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Optional: 1/2 avocado, sliced, or 1 tablespoon mayo
Instructions
- Step 1: Cook the Eggs
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and melt butter.
- Pour in the egg mixture and cook, stirring occasionally, until soft and fluffy. Remove from heat.
- Step 2: Assemble the Sandwiches
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) (optional, for toasting).
- If desired, lightly toast the croissants in the oven for 5 minutes to warm them up.
- Layer each croissant with a slice of cheese, followed by the scrambled eggs, and top with bacon or sausage.
- If using, add avocado slices or a spread of mayo for extra flavor.
- Step 3: Melt the Cheese (Optional)
- If you like extra melty cheese, place the assembled sandwiches back in the oven for 3–5 minutes until the cheese melts.
