Description

This easy cheese ball is creamy, flavorful, and packed with cheddar, cream cheese, and seasonings. It’s a perfect appetizer for any occasion and pairs well with crackers, veggies, or bread. You can make it ahead of time for a stress-free snack!


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh chives (optional)
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans (or crushed crackers for coating)

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well combined.
  • If using, fold in the chopped chives for extra flavor.
  • Shape the mixture into a ball and wrap it in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  • Once chilled, roll the cheese ball in chopped pecans (or crushed crackers) until evenly coated.
