- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh chives (optional)
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans (or crushed crackers for coating)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well combined.
- If using, fold in the chopped chives for extra flavor.
- Shape the mixture into a ball and wrap it in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
- Once chilled, roll the cheese ball in chopped pecans (or crushed crackers) until evenly coated.
