Instructions
- Step 1: Melt the Butter
- In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat until fully melted.
- Step 2: Add the Sugar & Cream
- Stir in the brown sugar and salt, mixing until combined.
- Slowly pour in the heavy cream, stirring constantly.
- Step 3: Simmer the Sauce
- Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. The sauce will start to thicken.
- Step 4: Add Vanilla & Cool
- Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Let the sauce cool slightly before using. It will continue to thicken as it cools.

- Storage: Store in an airtight container or jar in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Reheat in the microwave or on the stovetop before using.
