- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie works great!)
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing (or blue cheese dressing)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
Oven Method:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
- Stir in the shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese.
- Transfer to a baking dish and top with blue cheese crumbles (if using).
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and heated through.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crackers!
Slow Cooker Method:
- Add all ingredients to a slow cooker and stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Serve warm straight from the slow cooker!
Notes
- Make it Lighter: Use reduced-fat cream cheese, light ranch dressing, and low-fat cheese.
- Extra Spicy? Add more buffalo sauce or a dash of cayenne pepper.
- More Cheesy? Stir in extra shredded cheese or sprinkle more on top before baking.
