- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup milk
- 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
- 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 1/2 cups sliced bananas (about 2 bananas)
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
- 3/4 cup maraschino cherries, halved and patted dry
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the instant pudding mix and milk, and mix until thick and creamy.
- Fold in the whipped topping until fully combined.
- Gently stir in the drained pineapple, sliced bananas, marshmallows, chopped nuts, cherries, and mini chocolate chips.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Serve chilled and garnish with extra cherries, nuts, or chocolate chips if desired!
Notes
- Prevent Browning: Toss banana slices in a little lemon juice to keep them from turning brown.
- Make it Lighter: Use sugar-free pudding, low-fat cream cheese, and light whipped topping.
- Nut-Free Version: Simply leave out the nuts or replace them with granola for some crunch.
