Ingredients

- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika (or regular paprika)
- 1/2 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional, for extra flavor)
- Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat Air Fryer:
- Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and let it preheat for 3 minutes.
- Season the Salmon:
- Pat the salmon dry with a paper towel.
- Drizzle with olive oil and rub in salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and lemon zest.
- If using Dijon mustard, spread a thin layer over each fillet.
- Air Fry the Salmon:
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 7-9 minutes, depending on thickness. The salmon should be golden and flake easily with a fork.
- Serve & Enjoy:
- Remove from the air fryer and squeeze fresh lemon juice on top.
- Serve with roasted veggies, rice, or a fresh salad.

- For extra crispy edges, cook for an extra 1-2 minutes.
- Don’t overcrowd the air fryer! Leave space between fillets for even cooking.
- Want a glaze? Brush with honey or teriyaki sauce before cooking.
- Check doneness: The internal temperature should be 125-130°F for medium and 140°F for well-done.
