Description

This Air Fryer Tortilla Pizza is the perfect quick snack or meal—crispy, cheesy, and customizable with your favorite toppings. No dough required, just a tortilla, sauce, cheese, and your favorite add-ins!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 large flour tortilla (810 inch)
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce (or marinara)
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 68 pepperoni slices (or any preferred topping)
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for extra crispiness)

Instructions

  • Step 1: Prep the Tortilla
    1. Lightly brush both sides of the tortilla with olive oil (this makes it extra crispy).
    Step 2: Assemble the Pizza
    1. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
    2. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
    3. Add pepperoni slices (or your favorite toppings).
    4. Sprinkle Italian seasoning and garlic powder on top.
Step 3: Air Fry the Pizza
    1. Place the tortilla pizza in the air fryer basket.
    2. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 4-5 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
    3. Carefully remove and let cool for 1 minute before slicing.
    Step 4: Serve & Enjoy!
    • Slice into wedges and serve immediately. Enjoy with ranch, marinara, or chili flakes for extra flavor!

Notes

  • Extra crispy? Preheat the air fryer for 2 minutes before cooking.
  • Low-carb option? Use a low-carb tortilla.
  • Make it deluxe! Add mushrooms, bell peppers, onions, or olives.
  • Spicy kick? Drizzle with hot sauce or add crushed red pepper flakes.
