These Easter Bunny Sandwiches are adorable, kid-friendly treats perfect for Easter brunch, lunchboxes, or a spring party. Made with simple ingredients and shaped like bunnies, they’re as fun to make as they are to eat!

For the Sandwiches:
- 8 slices of bread (white, whole wheat, or your choice)
- 4 slices of ham or turkey (or use peanut butter & jelly for a sweet version)
- 4 slices of cheese (cheddar, Swiss, or your favorite)
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise or butter (optional, for spreading)
For Decoration:
- 8 small slices of carrots (for the nose)
- 16 small raisins or black olives (for the eyes)
- 4 small cherry tomatoes or grapes (for the bunny cheeks)
- Chives or pretzel sticks (for whiskers)

Cut Out the Bunny Shape:
- Use a bunny-shaped cookie cutter to cut out bunny faces from the slices of bread.
- If you don’t have a cutter, use a round glass for the face and two smaller oval cuts for the ears.

Assemble the Sandwiches:
- Spread mayonnaise or butter on one side of each bread slice (if using).
- Layer a slice of ham or turkey and a slice of cheese between two pieces of bread.
- Press lightly to hold everything together.

Decorate the Bunny Faces:
- Use raisins or black olives for the eyes.
- Place a small carrot slice in the center for the nose.
- Add two cherry tomato or grape halves for the cheeks.
- Insert small chive pieces or pretzel sticks as whiskers.
