For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 tbsp sugar
For the Chocolate Layer:
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
For the Cream Cheese Layer:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped topping (or homemade whipped cream)
For the Topping:
- 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips, melted
- 1 cup whipped topping
Instructions
- Make the Crust – Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press into an 8×8-inch dish. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
- Prepare the Chocolate Layer – Melt chocolate chips with heavy cream until smooth. Pour over the crust and spread evenly. Chill for 10 more minutes.
- Mix the Cream Cheese Layer – Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped topping and spread over the chocolate layer.
- Add Toppings – Spread the remaining whipped topping over the cream cheese layer, then sprinkle with chopped peanuts. Drizzle with melted chocolate.
- Chill & Serve – Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing. Enjoy!

- For extra crunch: Add crushed sugar cones to the crust.
- Dairy-free option: Use dairy-free cream cheese and coconut whipped cream.
