Description

A rich and creamy layered dessert with a crunchy graham cracker crust, peanut and chocolate layers, and a luscious whipped topping. Perfect for summer or any sweet craving!

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 tbsp sugar

For the Chocolate Layer:

  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream

For the Cream Cheese Layer:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping (or homemade whipped cream)

For the Topping:

 

  • 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips, melted
  • 1 cup whipped topping

Instructions

  • Make the Crust – Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press into an 8×8-inch dish. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  • Prepare the Chocolate Layer – Melt chocolate chips with heavy cream until smooth. Pour over the crust and spread evenly. Chill for 10 more minutes.
  • Mix the Cream Cheese Layer – Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped topping and spread over the chocolate layer.
  • Add Toppings – Spread the remaining whipped topping over the cream cheese layer, then sprinkle with chopped peanuts. Drizzle with melted chocolate.

 

  • Chill & Serve – Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing. Enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra crunch: Add crushed sugar cones to the crust.
  • Dairy-free option: Use dairy-free cream cheese and coconut whipped cream.

 

  • Make-ahead: Can be made 1 day in advance and stored in the fridge.
