Description

This homemade Pineapple Dole Whip is a creamy, tropical frozen treat that tastes just like the one from Disney parks! Made with just a few simple ingredients, it’s naturally dairy-free, vegan, and gluten-free. Perfect for a hot day or a Disney-themed treat at home!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream (use dairy-free for vegan) OR 1/2 cup coconut milk for a softer texture
  • 1 tbsp honey or sugar (optional, for extra sweetness)

Instructions

  • Blend Everything – In a high-speed blender or food processor, blend frozen pineapple, pineapple juice, and ice cream (or coconut milk) until smooth and creamy. If it’s too thick, add a little more juice, one tablespoon at a time.
  • Swirl or Scoop – For a true Dole Whip experience, transfer the mixture to a piping bag with a large star tip and swirl it into a cup. Or simply scoop and serve!
  • Enjoy Immediately – Serve in a bowl, cup, or even a hollowed-out pineapple for extra fun!

Notes

  • Make it a Float! Pour extra pineapple juice over the Dole Whip for a refreshing Pineapple Float.
  • For a firmer texture, freeze the blended mixture for 20-30 minutes before serving.
  • Sweetness Level – If your pineapple is naturally sweet, you may not need extra sugar or honey.
  • Dairy-Free & Vegan? Use coconut milk or dairy-free vanilla ice cream!
