Description

These Dessert Nachos are a fun and delicious twist on classic nachos, featuring crispy cinnamon-sugar tortilla chips loaded with sweet toppings like fresh fruit, melted chocolate, and whipped cream. Perfect for parties, movie nights, or a fun family dessert!

For the Cinnamon Sugar Chips:

  • 6 small flour tortillas
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

For the Toppings:

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (melted)
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce or honey
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup bananas, sliced
  • 1/2 cup blueberries (or other berries)
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream or vanilla ice cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds, pecans, or walnuts) (optional)
  • 1/4 cup mini marshmallows (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Cinnamon Sugar Chips:

 

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Brush tortillas with melted butter on both sides.

Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl, then sprinkle over the tortillas.

Cut each tortilla into 6 triangles and place them on a baking sheet.

Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Let cool.

Assemble the Nachos:

 

Arrange the cinnamon chips on a serving platter.

Drizzle with melted chocolate and caramel sauce.

Top with fresh fruit, whipped cream, and optional toppings like nuts or marshmallows.
