Instructions
- Make the Dough:
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine water, butter, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low.

- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease the air fryer basket, then place churros in a single layer (work in batches if needed).
- Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crisp.
- Coat in Cinnamon Sugar:
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in a shallow bowl.
- Brush warm churros with melted butter, then roll them in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Serve & Enjoy:
- Serve warm with chocolate sauce, caramel, or dulce de leche for dipping!
Notes
- If you don’t have a piping bag, use a zip-top bag with the corner cut off.
- Make mini churros for bite-sized treats!
- Store leftover churros in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days. Reheat in the air fryer for 2–3 minutes.
