Description

A refreshing, light, and healthy salad made with crisp cucumbers and juicy tomatoes. This salad is perfect for a summer meal or as a side dish for your favorite BBQ. Tossed with a simple vinaigrette, it’s full of fresh flavors and easy to prepare.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Add the chopped parsley and toss to mix everything together.
