Prepare the Cucumber:
- Grate the cucumber and place it in a clean kitchen towel.
- Squeeze out as much liquid as possible to prevent a watery dip.

Mix the Ingredients:
- In a medium bowl, combine the yogurt, mayonnaise (if using), minced garlic, lemon juice, dill, salt, black pepper, and onion powder.
- Stir in the grated cucumber and mix until well combined.

Chill & Serve:
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
- Serve chilled with fresh vegetables, crackers, or pita chips.
Notes
Make it Lighter: Use low-fat Greek yogurt for a healthier version.
Extra Flavor: Add a pinch of cayenne pepper or finely chopped green onions for a kick.
