Ingredients
1 (16 oz) box frozen pierogies (potato and cheese flavor)
1 lb smoked sausage, sliced into rounds
1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, cubed
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup sour cream
1 small onion, diced (optional)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Spray the inside of your crockpot with non-stick cooking spray.

Layer the frozen pierogies and sliced sausage in the crockpot.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the chicken broth, cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add diced onions if using.

Pour the mixture evenly over the pierogies and sausage.

Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top.

Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours or high for 2–3 hours, until everything is hot and the cheese is melted.
