Description

Crockpot Candy is a simple, foolproof chocolate and peanut cluster treat made in a slow cooker. With just a few ingredients, this sweet and salty combination is perfect for holiday gifts, parties, or anytime snacking!

Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz) jar unsalted dry roasted peanuts

  • 1 (16 oz) jar salted dry roasted peanuts

  • 1 (12 oz) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • 1 (12 oz) bag milk chocolate chips

  • 2 (10 oz) bags peanut butter chips

  • 2 lbs white almond bark (or vanilla candy coating), chopped

Instructions

  • Layer the ingredients – In a large crockpot, add both types of peanuts first. Then, layer the chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, and chopped almond bark on top.

  • Cook on low – Cover and cook on low for about 1 to 2 hours, or until everything is melted. Avoid stirring too soon.

  • Stir the mixture – Once the chocolate is melted, gently stir everything together until smooth and well combined.

  • Scoop onto parchment paper – Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto parchment or wax paper. Let them set at room temperature until firm (about 1 hour).

  • Store & enjoy – Once fully hardened, store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks or refrigerate for longer shelf life.

Notes

  • You can add mix-ins like mini marshmallows, pretzel pieces, or toffee bits for extra texture.

  • Swap almond bark with white chocolate chips if preferred, but add 1 teaspoon of coconut oil to help with melting.

  • These make perfect holiday gifts! Package in festive tins or treat bags.
