Description
Crispy Parmesan Cauliflower Bites are a cheesy, golden-brown veggie snack that’s perfect as a side dish, appetizer, or game day finger food. Coated in seasoned breadcrumbs and Parmesan, these bites are oven-baked or air-fried for maximum crunch with minimal oil.
Ingredients
1 medium head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
2 large eggs
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup breadcrumbs (panko for extra crunch)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Cooking spray or olive oil (for baking)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) or preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease, or spray the air fryer basket.
Set up a breading station:
Bowl 1: Flour
Bowl 2: Beaten eggs
Bowl 3: Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper
Toss each cauliflower floret in flour, dip in egg, then coat in the breadcrumb-Parmesan mixture.
Place coated florets on the baking sheet or in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Bake: 22–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
Air Fry: 14–16 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until crisp.
Serve hot with dipping sauce like ranch, marinara, or garlic aioli.
