- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
- 2 teaspoons Sriracha (or more to taste)
- 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions
- Prepare the Salmon:
- Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (199°C).
- In a large bowl, mix olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the salmon bites in the seasoning until well coated.
- Make the Bang Bang Sauce:
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey until smooth.
- Divide the sauce into two portions: one for coating the salmon before cooking and one for drizzling after.
- Cook the Salmon:
- Toss the salmon bites with half of the bang bang sauce.
- Place them in a single layer in the air fryer basket (working in batches if needed).
- Air fry for 4-5 minutes, then flip and cook for another 4-5 minutes, or until the salmon reaches an internal temperature of 140-145°F (60-63°C).
- Serve:
- Transfer to a plate, drizzle with the remaining bang bang sauce, and garnish with chives if desired.
