- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
- 1/4 cup honey (for drizzling)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)
- Fresh thyme or mint leaves (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat Air Fryer:
- Set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and preheat for a few minutes.
- Prepare the Halloumi:
- Pat the halloumi slices dry with a paper towel.
- Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with black pepper and smoked paprika for extra flavor.
- Air Fry the Halloumi:
- Arrange the halloumi slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Make the Honey Drizzle:
- In a small bowl, mix honey and lemon juice for a tangy-sweet drizzle.
- Serve & Garnish:
- Place the crispy halloumi on a plate and drizzle with honey mixture.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and fresh thyme or mint leaves.
- Enjoy immediately!

- For extra crunch, coat the halloumi in panko breadcrumbs before air frying.
