- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup baby carrots
- 2 cups diced potatoes (Yukon Gold or red potatoes)
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 small onion (diced)
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch + 1 tablespoon water (for thickening, optional)
For Serving (Optional):
- Mashed potatoes, rice, or biscuits
- Fresh parsley for garnish

Prepare the Chicken & Veggies:
- Season the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and thyme.
- Add baby carrots, potatoes, celery, onion, and garlic to the slow cooker.

Slow Cook:
- Place the seasoned chicken on top of the vegetables.
- In a bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, and butter. Pour over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6-7 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender.

- Remove the chicken and shred or leave whole.
- Stir in heavy cream, sour cream, and cheddar cheese (if using).
- If a thicker sauce is desired, mix cornstarch with water and stir into the slow cooker. Let cook for 10-15 more minutes.
