Instructions
- 1. Prepare & Cook the Chicken
- Season the chicken with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and paprika.
- Lightly coat with flour, shaking off excess.
- Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the chicken for 4-5 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through (165°F/75°C internal temp). Remove and set aside.
- 2. Make the Creamy Garlic Parmesan Sauce
- In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits from the pan.
- Stir in heavy cream, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Gradually add Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Stir in butter for extra richness.
- 3. Combine & Serve
- Return the chicken to the skillet, spooning the sauce over the top.
- Simmer for 2-3 more minutes, letting the flavors meld.
