Description

This Creamy Feta and Dill Dressing is tangy, herby, and packed with flavor. It’s the perfect addition to salads, grain bowls, roasted veggies, or as a dip for pita and fresh veggies. The feta adds richness while the dill gives it a fresh, bright finish—so easy to make and way better than store-bought!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (or sour cream)

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill (or 1 tsp dried)

  • 1 small garlic clove, minced

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • Optional: 1-2 tablespoons water or milk to thin, if desired

Instructions

In a food processor or blender, combine feta, Greek yogurt, mayo, lemon juice, olive oil, dill, and garlic.

Blend until smooth and creamy. If you prefer a thinner dressing, add water or milk a little at a time and blend again.

Taste and season with salt and pepper to your liking.

Transfer to a jar or container and refrigerate until ready to use.

Notes

  • Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.

  • Great as a salad dressing, veggie dip, or drizzle for grilled meats and grain bowls.

  • For a punchier flavor, use extra garlic or a squeeze of lemon zest.
