- 1 tablespoon lime juice (freshly squeezed)
- Club soda (to top off)

Instructions
- In a sturdy glass or cocktail shaker, muddle the blackberries and mint leaves together until they release their juices.
- Add the coconut cream, simple syrup, rum, and lime juice. Stir or shake until well combined.
