Description

A sweet and salty holiday snack mix inspired by classic Cracker Jacks! This easy-to-make treat combines caramel popcorn, peanuts, pretzels, and festive candy for a fun Christmas snack that’s perfect for gifting or snacking.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 8 cups caramel popcorn (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup salted peanuts
  • 2 cups mini pretzels
  • 1 cup red and green chocolate candies (such as M&M’s)
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips, melted
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup crushed candy canes (optional)

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine caramel popcorn, peanuts, and mini pretzels.
  • Drizzle melted white chocolate over the mixture, tossing gently to coat.
  • Add chocolate candies, mini marshmallows, and crushed candy canes. Toss again.
  • Spread the mix onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and let it sit for about 15 minutes until the chocolate sets.
  • Once set, break into pieces and serve or store in an airtight container.

Notes

  • You can use store-bought Cracker Jack popcorn instead of caramel popcorn for extra nostalgia.
  • For added crunch, mix in pecans or almonds.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
