For the Sliders:
- 12 Hawaiian rolls (or dinner rolls)
- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp butter (for eggs)
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 6 sausage patties, cooked and crumbled
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (or American cheese slices)
For the Buttery Glaze:
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Eggs
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and pour in the eggs.
- Scramble gently until just set, then remove from heat (they will finish cooking in the oven).
Step 2: Assemble the Sliders
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected. Place the bottom half in the baking dish.
- Layer the fillings:
- Sprinkle half the cheese over the rolls.
- Evenly spread the scrambled eggs, crumbled sausage, and crumbled bacon on top.
- Add the rest of the cheese.
- Place the top half of the rolls over everything.
Step 3: Add the Buttery Glaze
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, maple syrup, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
- Brush the glaze over the tops of the rolls.
Step 4: Bake & Serve
- Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for another 5-7 minutes, until the tops are golden brown.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley (optional) and serve warm!

- Spicy Option: Add jalapeños or use spicy sausage.
- Cheese Options: Swap cheddar for pepper jack or Swiss.
