Description

These crispy, high-protein Cottage Cheese Chips are the perfect guilt-free snack! Made with just one main ingredient, they are light, crunchy, and packed with flavor. Whether you eat them on their own or pair them with dips, they make a delicious low-carb alternative to traditional chips.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup cottage cheese (full-fat or low-fat)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika (optional)
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven – Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Blend Cottage Cheese – Using a blender or food processor, blend the cottage cheese until smooth.
  • Season – Add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt (if using). Blend again to mix well.
  • Form Chips – Drop small spoonfuls of the blended mixture onto the parchment-lined baking sheet. Spread them into thin, round shapes using the back of a spoon.
  • Bake – Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the chips are golden brown and crispy.
  • Cool & Serve – Let them cool for a few minutes before carefully peeling them off the parchment paper. Enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra crunch, bake for a few more minutes, but keep an eye on them to prevent burning.
  • Use parmesan cheese for a cheesier, crispier texture.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
