- 1 cup cottage cheese (full-fat or low-fat)
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika (optional)
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat Oven – Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Blend Cottage Cheese – Using a blender or food processor, blend the cottage cheese until smooth.
- Season – Add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt (if using). Blend again to mix well.
- Form Chips – Drop small spoonfuls of the blended mixture onto the parchment-lined baking sheet. Spread them into thin, round shapes using the back of a spoon.
- Bake – Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the chips are golden brown and crispy.
- Cool & Serve – Let them cool for a few minutes before carefully peeling them off the parchment paper. Enjoy!
Notes
- For extra crunch, bake for a few more minutes, but keep an eye on them to prevent burning.
