Scale
- 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken, diced (grilled or rotisserie)
- 1/2 cup crispy bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the filling – In a bowl, mix diced chicken, crumbled bacon, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, Caesar dressing, and garlic powder.
- Roll out the dough – On a lightly floured surface, roll pizza dough into a large rectangle (about 12×8 inches).
- Fill & roll – Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border. Roll the dough tightly into a log, sealing the edges.
- Egg wash & bake – Brush the top with beaten egg for a golden crust. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
- Cool & serve – Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- Use ranch dressing instead of Caesar for a different flavor twist.
- Swap cheddar or provolone for mozzarella for extra cheesiness.
- Brush the top with garlic butter after baking for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheat in the oven.
