These Coconut Magic Bars are rich, chewy, and packed with layers of flavor! With a buttery graham cracker crust, gooey condensed milk, chocolate chips, and plenty of shredded coconut, they’re the perfect sweet treat. Plus, they’re super easy to make—just layer everything in a pan and bake!

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup butterscotch chips (optional)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded sweetened coconut
- 1 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl until combined. Press evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the graham cracker crust.
- Sprinkle the chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, coconut, and nuts evenly over the top.
- Press down gently with a spatula to ensure everything sticks together.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- Cool completely before cutting into bars. Enjoy!
Notes
- For a crispier crust, bake the graham cracker layer for 5 minutes before adding the toppings.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
- You can swap out butterscotch chips for white chocolate or peanut butter chips!
