- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon milk

Instructions
- Preheat Oven & Prep Skillet:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Lightly grease a 10-inch cast-iron skillet with butter or non-stick spray.
- Make the Biscuit Dough:
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, sugar, and cinnamon.
- Cut in the cold butter using a pastry cutter or your fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Stir in buttermilk and vanilla until just combined (do not overmix).
- Shape & Coat the Biscuits:
- Turn dough onto a floured surface and gently pat it into a ¾-inch thick round.
- Use a biscuit cutter or a glass to cut out biscuits.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
- Dip each biscuit in the mixture, coating all sides, and place them in the skillet.
- Bake:
- Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
- Add Glaze & Serve:
- In a small bowl, mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla to make the glaze.
- Drizzle over warm biscuits before serving.
