- 1 pound pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 12–15 pepperoni slices
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers (red and yellow for ornaments)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Fresh basil or parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a large triangle shape to resemble a Christmas tree. Transfer it to the baking sheet.
- Brush the dough lightly with olive oil and sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning on top.
- Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Decorate your tree! Arrange pepperoni slices as ornaments, place black olives as “lights,” and scatter diced bell peppers for extra color.
- For the tree trunk, shape a small rectangle of extra dough at the bottom.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and fresh basil or parsley for garnish.
- Slice and serve warm!
