Description

This fun and festive Christmas Tree Pizza is a great way to get kids excited for dinner during the holiday season! Made with simple ingredients and shaped like a Christmas tree, this pizza is as cute as it is delicious. It’s perfect for a Christmas Eve dinner or a holiday party!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 pound pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1215 pepperoni slices
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers (red and yellow for ornaments)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Fresh basil or parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a large triangle shape to resemble a Christmas tree. Transfer it to the baking sheet.
  • Brush the dough lightly with olive oil and sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning on top.
  • Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  • Decorate your tree! Arrange pepperoni slices as ornaments, place black olives as “lights,” and scatter diced bell peppers for extra color.
  • For the tree trunk, shape a small rectangle of extra dough at the bottom.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and fresh basil or parsley for garnish.
  • Slice and serve warm!

Notes

  • You can use pre-made pizza crust for a quicker version.
  • Swap out toppings for your favorites—try mushrooms, sausage, or even pineapple!
  • Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
