- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional, for smoother chocolate)
- 20 Ritz crackers (or any round buttery crackers)
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
- Stir in the peanut butter until fully combined.
- Dip one cracker into the chocolate mixture, coating it completely, then place it on the parchment-lined sheet.
- Place another cracker on top, creating a sandwich, and spoon more chocolate over it until fully coated.
- Repeat with the remaining crackers.
- Sprinkle with sea salt if desired.
- Chill in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes or until the chocolate is set.
- Enjoy straight from the fridge or let them soften slightly at room temperature.
Notes
- You can use dark or milk chocolate instead of semisweet.
