- 1 cup semisweet or milk chocolate chips, melted
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips (for coating)
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil or vegetable oil (for smooth melting)
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder or powdered sugar (for dusting, optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Chocolate Mixture:
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt 1 cup semisweet/milk chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring between each until smooth. Let cool slightly.
- Gently fold the melted chocolate into the Cool Whip until fully combined.
- Freeze the Mixture:
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spoon or pipe small dollops of the Cool Whip mixture onto the sheet.
- Freeze for 1-2 hours, or until firm.
- Coat in Chocolate:
- Melt dark chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
- Using a fork, dip each frozen candy piece into the melted chocolate, shaking off excess. Place back on the parchment-lined sheet.
- Final Touch:
- Dust with cocoa powder or powdered sugar if desired.
- Freeze for another 30 minutes to set.

- Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
