These Chocolate Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries are juicy, fresh strawberries filled with a rich and creamy chocolate cheesecake mixture. They’re an easy, no-bake dessert that’s perfect for Valentine’s Day, parties, or as a quick sweet treat!

- 1 lb (450g) fresh strawberries, large and firm
- 4 oz (113g) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup (30g) powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 oz (55g) melted dark chocolate
- 1/4 cup (60ml) heavy cream
- 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips or chocolate shavings (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the Strawberries:
- Wash and dry the strawberries.
- Cut off the tops and hollow out the center using a small spoon or a paring knife.
- Make the Chocolate Cheesecake Filling:
- In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
- Pour in melted dark chocolate and heavy cream, then beat until the mixture is smooth and fluffy.
- Fill the Strawberries:
- Transfer the cheesecake mixture to a piping bag (or a zip-top bag with the corner snipped off).
- Pipe the filling into each hollowed-out strawberry.
- Garnish & Serve:
- Sprinkle with mini chocolate chips or chocolate shavings.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Best served fresh but can be stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
- Use white or milk chocolate for a different flavor twist.
- For extra indulgence, drizzle with melted chocolate before serving!
