- 8 hot dogs
- 1 (15 oz) can chili with beans
- 1 (8 oz) package crescent roll dough
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped onions (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon mustard (optional)
- 1 tablespoon ketchup (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Spread half of the chili evenly in the bottom of the dish.
- Wrap each hot dog in a piece of crescent roll dough, rolling it up like a pig in a blanket.
- Place the wrapped hot dogs on top of the chili in the dish.
- Top with remaining chili and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, and chili powder.
- Add shredded cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes, or until the crescent rolls are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped onions, mustard, and ketchup if desired.
