Description

A creamy, flavorful pasta salad loaded with tender chicken, crisp romaine, and crunchy croutons, all tossed in a classic Caesar dressing.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 8 oz pasta (penne, rotini, or bowtie)
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced or shredded
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1 cup croutons
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional, for extra tang)

Instructions

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain, rinse with cold water, and let it cool.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, cooked chicken, romaine lettuce, Parmesan cheese, and croutons.
  • Add Caesar dressing, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Toss everything together until well coated.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Add a squeeze of lemon juice for extra freshness.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 days. Enjoy chilled!

Notes

  • Use grilled, rotisserie, or baked chicken for convenience.
  • Add cherry tomatoes, bacon bits, or avocado for extra flavor.
  • Swap croutons with toasted almonds or sunflower seeds for crunch.
