- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced or shredded
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1 cup croutons
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional, for extra tang)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain, rinse with cold water, and let it cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, cooked chicken, romaine lettuce, Parmesan cheese, and croutons.
- Add Caesar dressing, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Toss everything together until well coated.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Add a squeeze of lemon juice for extra freshness.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 days. Enjoy chilled!
