Description

This Chicken Caesar Croissant Sandwich is a simple yet indulgent meal made with tender shredded chicken, creamy Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and crisp lettuce, all stuffed inside a buttery croissant. It’s perfect for an easy lunch, picnic, or brunch!

Ingredients

Units Scale

2 cups cooked and shredded chicken (rotisserie works great!)

1/2 cup Caesar dressing

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)

4 large croissants, sliced in half

1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced (optional)

Instructions

  • Make the chicken salad: In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, black pepper, lemon juice, and parsley until well combined.
  • Assemble the sandwiches: Place a layer of romaine lettuce on the bottom half of each croissant. Spoon the chicken Caesar mixture over the lettuce. Add cherry tomatoes if using.

  • Serve: Top with the other half of the croissant and serve immediately. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Use grilled or rotisserie chicken for extra flavor.
  • Add crispy bacon or avocado for a delicious twist.

  • Use brioche buns or ciabatta if you don’t have croissants.
