This Chicken Caesar BLT Sandwich is everything you love about a classic Caesar salad and a hearty BLT, all tucked into one irresistible bite. Juicy grilled chicken, crispy bacon, fresh lettuce and tomato, and a creamy Caesar spread come together between toasted bread for the ultimate lunch or easy dinner.
Ingredients

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and black pepper, to taste

6 slices bacon

4 slices thick-cut bread (sourdough, ciabatta, or sandwich rolls work great)

1/4 cup Caesar dressing

1 tablespoon mayonnaise (optional for extra creaminess)

1 cup chopped romaine or green leaf lettuce

1 large tomato, sliced

Shaved Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
Rub chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Grill or cook for 5–7 minutes per side, or until cooked through (165°F internal temp). Let rest, then slice.
In a separate pan, cook bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
Toast bread slices until golden. Mix Caesar dressing with mayo (if using), and spread on each slice of bread.
Layer lettuce, sliced tomato, bacon, sliced chicken, and Parmesan onto half the bread slices.
Top with remaining bread slices, cut in half if desired, and serve warm or at room temp.
